"Hotel or student dorm?"

The service in this hotel was good. The front desk was very friendly. Just had a odd check in Experience, the front desk attendant told us that we were upgraded through our diamond status to a one bedroom suite, but later called back and told us that it’s not possible. The breakfast was mediocre, but the bar in the evening had prompt service. The hotel had a lot of students staying there, which meant that the hallways at night were very noisy, This is the main point why I gave only two stars. For a business hotel, I was expecting to come back to a place where I could rest, but because in the night the hallways were so loud that was not the case. Until the students leave, I will not recommend this hotel for any one.

The staff was very friendly and the service was great. We had a nice wine and good food at the restaurant. The restaurant staff was great. The only downfall was they ran out of some of the favorite entrees by 5:00
