MOAF Cusco Boutique Hotel

This was our second stay at MOAF Boutique Hotel, and once again we had a great experience. What stood out most was the exceptional service. We left our luggage at the hotel while spending two days visiting Machu Picchu. When we returned to Cusco and checked in again, the staff had already brought all of our luggage to our room. It was such a thoughtful gesture and made our arrival effortless after a long journey. The team was friendly, attentive, and always willing to help. Small touches like this show how much they care about their guests and make the hotel feel welcoming and personal. We highly appreciated the convenience and excellent customer service, and would gladly stay here again on a future visit to Cusco.

We had a very pleasant stay at MOAF Boutique Hotel. The location is excellent, right in the heart of Cusco, making it easy to explore the city on foot. The hotel was very clean throughout, and the staff were lovely, welcoming, and always happy to help. We stayed in the Deluxe Double Room on the highest floor. The room had beautiful views over the city and received plenty of sunshine during the day, which made it feel bright and warmer than other rooms. We also appreciated the nice, fluffy towels and the comfortable atmosphere.

The only downside was that the room could get quite cold, especially during the night and early morning. Heating was only available in the evenings, so temperatures could be a bit chilly outside those hours.

Excellent location and breakfast. Very convenient to get around. Lovely gesture with souvenir gifted.

Śniadanie było całkiem w porządku, chociaż z drugiej strony też żadna rewelacja. Udostępniono nam parking dla wynajętego przez nas samochodu, mimo że warunki umowy zastrzegały, że hotel parkingu nie zapewnia. Inna rzecz, że w okolicy nie ma co marzyć o zaparkowaniu samochodu i wykorzystując ten fakt zdarto z nas za ten parking bezlitośnie. Wiem, że w tej sytuacji nie ma co z tego powodu narzekać.

To nie jest żaden boutique hotel, jak mylnie sugeruje nazwa, tylko hotelik w oficynie, raczej średnich lotów. Pokoik niski, klaustrofobiczny, ręczniki od dawna nadają się do wymiany: poszarzałe i postrzępione wskutek zużycia.
