Just had toast and tea.

Execessive noise levels all night of people working, drilling, dropping, banging stuff. Barely slept. Had only booked one night.

we liked the beds and the toilet.

WIFI WAS EXTREMELY SLOW WINDOWS COULD NOT OPEN EXCEPT 1 or 2. We asked the concierge if I may have a guest stay over till I leave. He said yes but later came back to tell me to pay. The pamphlet in the room says overnight guests should be pre arranged, which we did. The table in the room was also disfunctional, it has a broken leg. The bed sheets were also stained with a large yellow mark.

The staff, were amazing, helpful and so welcoming. In fact, it felt like home away from home. Exceptional hospitality 🙏🏽 a wonderful stay.
