"Hard Dusty Room nice staff"

The Staff were very nice

The room was Cold hard floor .very dusty I do not like sharing the same bottles as others for soad and such there was No Coffee Pot or microwave in room it was very uncomfortable the window buttons on the wall were hard to work to go and stop where I wanted it

My experience was wonderful first by a phone call to see if there were vacancies and then by walking in the door and being greeted by Julia she was absolutely fabulous. She had a smile on her face, and she was ready to check me in to a room which I did not have a reservation. She continued to follow up with me and was just a very sweet individual. Perfect, Real Customer service her style was outstanding!! And surprising. She was there this morning when I got coffee and left as she referred me to Walmart to get an oil change, which I desperately needed. I appreciate it every bit of Julia’s Customer, appreciation and services♥️

The mattresses on the beds need to be replaced! They are old, my back was killing me when I woke up! The sheets are very low quality and thin!
