"After a room switch it was a pleasant stay!"

I loved the free coffee and lobby games

There was bug in our bed.. some smashed and smeared on the sheets others still alive.. earwigs if I’m not mistaken. Got moved to another room said to be clean.. hair in the shower..

The property's hot water went out during my stay. Hilton has refused to help with any sort of refund or satisfaction regarding this due to booking with a 3rd party (expedia). You're not considered a "guest" at Hilton unless you book directly with them and they feel no obligation to you as a customer.

"Overall it was fabulous, and a great stay. Would recommend."

Location was great and easy to find with plenty of parking. The breakfast bar exceeded our expectations; they had so much food, and it was delicious. Our room was spotless, had plenty of bathroom amenities, including shower products. The beds were comfortable with plenty of charging ports nearby for easy charging access.

The window blind does not block out any sun, no guest can't see in from the outside, but the inside of the room was full of sun when morning came.

"Rude Customer Service Manager"

I was in the Lobby one day and I don’t know, I guess the manager was hosting a meeting? Well she and this supervisor Lady named Latesha Hawkins? Was really rude to her coworker’s and even us as guest. I don’t think they should be hiring supervisors like that. Absolutely unacceptable from Hilton and I’ve gone there several times for years.
