GrandStay Hotel & Suites - Waunakee

Room was huge, very clean and quiet. Would definitely stay again.

Checked in. When in my room had garbage on bathroom floor hair in bath and someone else’s drink in fridge. Also no staff on desk to check oit

The swing bar lock was missing from the door which I did not enjoy as I was traveling alone. There was a dirty Kleenex in the bathroom trash. My keys weren't ready and the second day they were deactivated. The floors did not seem clean. I killed at least four little ants on the bathroom floor. And it looked like it had gone through sloppy renovation.

Very nice and convenient place to stay.

It was quiet , safe ,easy parking , rooms were nice , there is NO elevator , do not get 2nd floor

Just looks a little tired. Could use some updating. Good value for business travel.

It was dirty, un updated. Pool was small. No hot tub No elevator. There was music blaring from 2am to 3am. The staff was friendly.

Very quiet

No complaints about the hospitality and fromt end service from Mr. Mann and Jayson. Cordial and polite as always. However, being short staffed shows as the hallway caroets need more frquent vacuuming and my room had coffee stains on the counter, a left over water in the fridge, and only one tiny garbage can in my suite. I did receive a free upgrade so no complaints there either. Overall a good staybatvthe GrandStay. Be kind as these overworked individuals are trying to make your visit the best ot can be.

Parking lot was icy, resulting in me falling immediately upon exiting my vehicle. Room that I booked wasn't available so I was put in another room which had a floor light shining in the window all night. Multiple times other people were loud and disruptive in the hallways around 3am. No microwave in the room.
