AC Hotel by Marriott Pleasanton

Very accommodating and helpful staff, spacious room, comfortable bad, lovely breakfast.

The rooms were very clean and comfortable. It was a beautiful space and the breakfast was very good

I had booked a king room that was upgraded to king mountain view. Instead I got a double queen room right next to a very noisy highway. I was unable to sleep all night and was only able to switch rooms the next day. The property mentioned they would take off the price for the first night but So far I haven’t seen a refund. They did offer me a comped breakfast.

The beds were comfortable, easy access to the building and the staff was informative of the rules. The place was nice and good looking, there was no issue with cleanliness. Plus the gym was better than expected from most hotel gyms.

The breakfast did not have more options to eat, it was either bread, meat or eggs and the espresso was an additional charge. Lastly, the parking was very limited as the parking lot would fill up causing us to park in the back part of the building which was really dark and long to get into the building.

EXPENSIVE. Everything is an upgrade. Breakfast is not included and its the same fare you get at a Comfort Inn.
