Love the pool & patio area, especially the heated gas lamps that look like large floor lamps. So stylish! The room was spacious and so modern! In Love!

The toilet paper quality could be improved but love the Korres amenities! Smells great

The room was relatively clean and the design was modern.

ur stay was unacceptable and below basic standards. First, we were not provided with the room with a mountain view as promised in our booking. Second, we were incorrectly charged $50 for breakfast, even though breakfast was clearly included in our reservation. This is an unauthorized charge and must be refunded. The most serious issue was that the heater in our room (Room 207) was not working at all. We set it to maximum, but it was blowing cold air and showing a red error indicator. The room became very cold overnight, and we were unable to sleep. As a direct result, I got sick and developed a cough. A staff member later confirmed that this room should not have been rented out due to the heating issue. This clearly shows negligence on the hotel’s side.
