"Good location but not so great facilities"

Location was good, staff were responsive. Quick in replacing faulty hairdryer and dirty kettle upon request.

They only provided one roll of toilet paper per room (the room supposedly caters to up to 6 people) for our stay of 4 nights. This was frustrating as we had to go buy our own toilet paper, which were only available in bulk in the convenience store. The ventiliation fan in the toilet was broken, we asked for toilet sprays but it was not available. Take note that they are very strict on check-out time and does not provide any options for guests to leave their luggages in the lobby/unmanned reception.
