Close to the station and convenience store (Lawson).

It would have been nice if there were an area to eat, the room we got was a fine but lacked area to sit down and eat.

"部屋はいいのに色々残念"

チェックイン時、タブレットの反応が悪く時間がかかった。 一番困ったのが、夜外出して戻った際に、入口ドアの暗証番号を入れるパネルが4ケタの数字を認識せず(何度押しても数字が入らない)、ドアに貼ってある緊急時トラブルの電話にかけた。そうこうしているうちに、中から別のお客さんが外出しようと出てきたので、入れ替わりで中に入った。この方が戻った時はまた入れず困るんじゃないかと心配だった。無人フロントの問題点だと思う。電気系統、パネルやタブレットのメンテやチェックなどは定期的にやってほしい。 また、部屋に前のゲストの使用したマスクが2枚残っていた。このコロナの時期に大変不衛生で大きな問題だと思う。清掃は基本なのでルームクリーニングのスタッフの意識を高めてほしい。いくら部屋が良くても、清掃の行き届き方で、一発で悪い印象になる。 部屋の広さ、設備に関しては良かった。
