The room was dirty and they refused to change my room

Clean, security patrol, room was spacious and beds were very comfortable

I didn’t get a chance to see or speak with anyone in person at the property.

I was called the morning of my booking and was told they needed to charge my card at that exact moment. I offered to allow them to charge my card and instead of charging me, they told me my room was now cancelled. I was also told I could rebook for a later date since they now sold out of rooms.

All looks nice and clean until you try to use it? TV are beautiful, big, but do not work. The night staff says she gets this complaint all the time. Coffe maker did not work. Shower barely dribbles water.Cigarette Smoke fills the common ground which then creeps into your room. Good luck calling the front desk????
