My stay at the Tru By Hilton Coppell DFW Airport North was nothing short of delightful, even though it was just for one night. From the moment I arrived, I was embraced by a warm and welcoming atmosphere that made me feel at ease. The hotel provided the perfect respite before my long drive home, offering a wonderfully comfortable bed that allowed me to get the restful sleep I desperately needed. The room was immaculate, and the water pressure in the shower was just right - enough to rejuvenate me for the journey ahead. While the breakfast was your typical continental spread - nothing extravagant - it certainly did not lack in quality. Everything was fresh and delicious, providing the perfect fuel to start the day. However, what truly stood out to me were the staff members, whose kindness and approachability contributed significantly to my positive experience. The shuttle driver, a charming gentleman from Louisiana whose name sadly escapes me, provided a friendly pickup that set the tone for my visit. Upon checking in, I was greeted by a delightful lady at reception whose cheerful demeanor and genuine hospitality made me feel as though I was returning home rather than simply checking into a hotel.

There really wasn't anything I found to dislike on this stay - my expectations were exceeded in every measure and I look forward to the opportunity to stay with this hotel again in the future!

Our stay here was awesome! Clean, super friendly staff, awesome and well taken care of amenities! Price is fair and the breakfast was very yummy, lots of well taken care of machines! Totally recommend!!!

Comodo per chi ha uno scalo il giorno seguente, come nel nostro caso. Struttura pulita e camera spaziosa, dotata di tutti i comfort. Il punto forte è sicuramente la gentilezza e la disponibilità del personale: abbiamo soggiornato la sera della vigilia di Natale e tutti i ristoranti vicini erano chiusi. Il driver dello shuttle ci ha accompagnati e riportati in hotel. Super consigliato!
