"My stay was good overall as it always is."

The atmosphere is always great. This is why I always pick this location. The Price is pretty good as well.

I had to ask housekeeping a few times to switch my iron out. She acted as if she was busy but caught her in the hall in her phone. That was my only somewhat of an issue.

I always love to stay here. Love the environment. However, the trashcan was running over. I stay here whenever I go to Dallas. Never saw this happen before. Other than this my stay was great.

Everything was well laid out and easy to access

In some ways, I wish it was closer to some restaurants but then again that would take away from how peaceful the area is and how easily accessible it is for travelers.

"Clean, nice rooms, disappointing changes to reserved rooms."

Nice, and clean as usual.

We reserved adjoining rooms so we can share the space, but when we got here to check in, we were told they weren’t available. It wasn’t a huge deal, but we specifically reserved rooms at this location because of the adjoining rooms. It was disappointing to have to split the wife and kids in separate rooms on her birthday.
