Nothing at all

I was charged $129 despite being told the hotel was full and they had to cancel my reservation. They still have not given me my money back and I only had the room booked for like an hour they shouldn’t have even let me book it if there wasn’t available rooms. I will never use this hotel again they took $100 hold off my card that hasn’t come back and $129 for the room that hasn’t come back it’s a joke of a hotel

January 18 and 19, desk help, Shivanee Patel very helpful with printing boarding passes and just pleasant, also other staff woman same comments. I appreciated their assistance.

Staff was wonderful, very understanding.

There was only one staff member on duty at night, a young girl. Very unsafe. Phone was dead but worked later. Unable to dial front desk. (Attendant said it sounds dead but one needs to wait one minute for connection.). I had to call through Hilton main number to get deal.This is not secure. Fire or attack in room needs immediate response. One person minding the lobby cannot attend to an emergency. Fragrance in hall was overpowering! Heard many complaints. Room temperature would not go lower than 75 degrees. Had to turn on AC. Pillows were floppy and cheap. Screaming and loud noises from family next door, never stopped despite going once again calling Hilton main number to desk. Door was like a cheap dorm room.

No dealing with cash??? Could not wash my clothes...I'm elderly and cannot download another 'app' on my phone Kind of a boisterous crowd on the first floor in the evening
