Tru by Hilton was comfortable and pleasant. Courtney at the front desk also made it a great experience. He was very helpful assisting us with airport parking and information. He helped us print documents we needed. He was friendly and fun.

Its unfortunate because this location has potential. Unfortunately they play favortism at this hotel. We stayed 3 nights and all 3 nights we had nothing but noise issues. Families letting their kids run arouns hallways ans screaming in the rooms past their 10pm quite time. When we called the desk nothing was done. Housekeepers are yelling also down the halls starting at 8am to each other(quite hours and they dont care) Breakfast is meh. Pancake machines didn't work right. Wifi was HORRIBLE. I mainly used my data because it sucked. None of the apps on their TV are up to date in the rooms. Ac smells like mildew when it is running. I unfortunately now am sick due to the poor air quality and will reach out to the health department. Stained towels. This is not acceptable! Not to mention their Manager is racist as hell!

Breakfast was not a hit for me. Reason being it opened to late for me to partake. Wish it had opened a 1/2 hour earlier.

Breakfast was poor to average... The quality of the food has been severely destroyed as the months and last couple of years have passed.

Breakfast could have definitely been better. The egg omelets utilized by Hilton Hotels are horrendous. Is it eggs from plants? The potato provided at Hampton Inns are good but the sausage also is imitation >?? Or just undercooked... Perhaps Without any actual muscle tissue being utilized when blending. Definitely need a new source. The bacon was acceptable but the EGGs have Got to be resourced...Seriously, They're really bad. We shouldnt have to pay for a Garden Inn reservation in order to get a decent breakfast.
