Location , and comfy bed

Room was very dirty , on the carpet next to the room someone was sick , not cleaned properly, human nail found on the carpet , bathroom not clean either, very poor standards . Kettle dirty , I have found hair in the hotel drink mug , the spoon was used and dirty

the room and bed were good and the breakfast was as advertised, however, I think a carton of orange juice would have been better rather than Capri Sun.

I was there 2 nights and I expected Tea and milk to be replenished for the second night and it wasn't. There was one Teabag in reception but no milk.

Very private and great location with good parking facilities

Full of character and the room was very spacious

Comfortable bed, clean, plenty if space in room. We stayed in the family room (with no children) but it had separate shower and bath which would be good for those with small children. Lady owner was polite on the phone.

Bit strange having to phone owner to get room key but didnt see her or any staff during stay. No cooked breakfast available didnt know that until after booked through your site. It came all pre packaged cheap yoghurt, cheap bread thing with chocolate in it, capri sun instead of orange juice, an add water pot of oats, a penguin choc bar and a piece of real fruit (Apple or orange) for this reason thought the place was expensive. If priced accordingly would stay again as it is close enough to town to go out for breakfast.

Location

Not clean, floors uneven and unstable, loose plaster falling from.ceilings, house in derelict state. The property looks as if it's not been maintained since the 80s, the roof is falling away in parts and all woodwork is rotting away

Smooth checking in, tea & coffee with kettle in the room, comfortable bed.

You can see that the toilet was newly done, probably not finished yet. Require some hole patching & vent circulation.

Good parking good sized room.

Issues with the TV, tired

packed breakfast OK. Bed comfortable.
