Good value, parking,clean bedding

Could do with more milk .

Close to family we were visiting.

Comfortable bed, quiet, beautiful old house and surroundings, easy to find.

Room was clean & comfortable. Nothing special and not so close to the town. Good signage. Not sure I am a fan of "paper bag breakfasts", although there was tea and coffee and a kettle in the room which was useful. Thank you.

We had to make a phone call to contact the owner for the door code - this would have been easier if she had texted it to us. Bit impersonal but some like this. Nothing wrong, but not a special stay.

Great central location, perfect as a base. The family room was very large and comfortable. Comfortable 4 poster bed, slept well. Breakfast in the morning was a handy continental pack containing porridge pot, yoghurt, fruit, drink, pastry & chocolate biscuit which we enjoyed. We would stay here again, thank you x

Good location to Hereford with free parking. Adequate breakfast. Comfy bed. Non-smoking property

Host didn’t greet in person. Room was cold due to draughty windows. Breakfast was sugar based. Property doesn’t re-cycle. Non-smoking property but cleaner smelt heavily of smoke 🤷‍♀️

Lovely location and easy access with great parking facilities. Very understandable instructions on entry
