Cheap, hosts was very welcoming, they provided a pack lunch for the next day which really helped.

The building wasn't in the greatest condition, the room was very tired and quite dirty in areas. Was cheap so cant complain too much, get what u pay for.

The property has so much potential, lovely grounds.

Unfortunately from stepping into rooms you can tell this property is not kept properly. Although you can smell that the bathrooms have been cleaned the rooms feel dirty. Cobwebs and dust everywhere. I stayed for work and another colleague’s bedroom had a very unpleasant smell so I guess every room was different or maybe cleaned differently(unsure). There is clear signs of the property being an old one and “patchwork” being carried out to make it a functional place to stay as a short term solution. I did not see one member of staff in the whole time I was there which made it feel a bit eery and unwelcoming. It would be a better experience if you had a warm friendly face to welcome you. Shower heads are visibly not cleaned, towels look ancient. I would not opt to stay here again especially with the uncertainty of whether you’re going to get a clean room or not.

Quiet spacious and clean, breakfast was different and impressive, the lady who worked there was very friendly, forgot her name!! would stay again 👍 taxis were available pretty instant.

Just a bit far out of town for walking perfect for Hereford racecourse 15-20min. Walk, property needs a good few quid spent on it!!!
