"Dirty, unloved, accommodation"

Location

Reception unmanned, key safe with my key didn't need a code, no lighting in the car park so at night it was very dark. Smoking in other rooms, belts missing off door to a gravelled pati area, ceiling peeling in bathroom, towels thread bare and had food stuck to one, toilet on the pedesral base was covered in hair. I ended up not staying as it felt unsafe.and dirty.

Nothing, no staff on site, grubby environment, old smelly room, poor safety to the building and room, see through blind in the bathroom with no frosted window, broken bath.
