Finca Serena Mallorca, Small Luxury Hotels

Where to begin? From the moment we arrived, our experience at Finca Serena was absolutely perfect. Every member of staff were just wonderful and balanced professionalism with friendliness easily. Our room was spectacular, with plenty of space and stunning decor. We ate at the restaurant both nights and the food was beautiful. Very clever to change the menu each evening so you can eat there again without struggling to find new menu items. We slept perfectly, ate well, and were sad to leave after 2 nights. We feel like we have found a very special retreat that we already cannot wait to return to. It’s also worth noting we are a married gay couple and at no point were we made to feel other during our stay. This is sadly not always the case so credit again to this hotel. Also: the hotel operate a scheme where through donations they offer job opportunities to people who would otherwise not be working (in this case a fabulous cleaner) which is a beautiful thing to do. To summarise: we LOVE this hotel!

At a push… a tiny nitpick was that the restaurant could have felt a little smoother in service. Tiny things like asking who’s having the…? For example. But this is a tiny thing in an exceptional hotel

Everything was perfect, from the warm welcome from Esperanza on our arrival day, to the dinner service with Ale and the breakfast service with Ines!
