L'emplacement au centre ville avec vue directe et proche sur le Gave de Pau et une cascade, la suite était bien spacieuse avec vue sur le gave et coucher du soleil. Une belle décoration avec un accueil attentif. Une belle piscine intérieure et un long bassin chaud en extérieur. Excellente qualité du restaurant gastro pour un prix normal. La proximité du sanctuaire.

Location to the Sanctuary was good.

Our room had a sewer smell in the bathroom. The manager took us to our room and did not mention it. We opened the window hoping it would go away. When came back after the procession, the bed was turned down and room had been closed up and it smelled horrible. I went downstairs to talk to the front desk about changing rooms. The young girl spoke poor English and had been on the job 2 days and was poorly trained to deal with problems. I finally got her to call the manager at home. We got into a new room at 12:30. Much smaller room for the same price.

La dotación de la cama es muy deficiente, no tiene almohadas, solo cojines, sábanas de baja calidad y un cubre lecho malo que es la cobija La decoración de la alcoba muy mala.
