La recepción. No pude hacer check Out No supe de mi cuenta no regresaron el depósito

This hotel is classed as a 5 star but in comparison to all the other 5 stars we have stayed in a 3.5 star would be a better recognition . Lourdes is a small town and everything easily accessible with a short walk from the hotel Why ::The rooms while small were ok and comfy but they have strict rules and trying to ask extra milk for our sons baby was near impossible . The Spa was nice but no towels and no dryer to dry your swimming stuff was a pain and a easy solution for the hotel . The worst part was the breakfast , one day we had no bread (waiting to be cooked at 9.30) , both coffee machines not working and no cooked breakfast on one day and just a few bits of bacon and scrambled eggs on the other . The selection of cheese and meats was ok but no great choice and once gone never saw it replaced . You do expect a bit more for 20 euro..The hotel management just needed to look at the needs from the customer and try to be more responsive and understanding . Maybe petty but why have a load of diffusers in the reception and ALL empty .

Las instalaciones, el spa y el desayuno. En pleno centro de Lourdes, muy cómodo. La piscina exterior increíble. La habitación genial.

En el spa interior pondría unos chorros y también eché en falta una sauna.

Le petit dej pourrait être amélioré les assiettes ont les cherches le pain devrait déjà être coupé et aussi pour un 5 étoiles le café devrait être servi enfin tous cela est vite oublié avec un personnel a l écoute et souriante

a localizaçao é excelente, muito perto do santuario, e pode fazer toda a visita de Lourdes a pé o estacionamento e muito conveniente os quartos sao pequenos, mas confortaveis, mas pouco isolamento, pois se ouve tudo no ander de cima, principalmente pelo piso

o café da manhá e muito fraco para um hotel de 5 estrelas: pouca variedade, mal organizado, pouca reposiçao, poucos funcionarios, comida fria café da manha que termina as 10am, que para quem esta de ferias é muito cedo, e ainda por cima as 09.50h nem deixam entrar mais ninguem o jantar esta razoavel, mais muito demorado

Very well located, 10 mins away from the sanctuary but just enough distance for a quiet stay. Very clean. The staff were very friendly and helpful.

It’s an old historical building so the walls and ceiling are extremely thin. I could hear the upstairs neighbors and side walk and even snore. The snoring was rather funny 😄 but the most disturbing was the walk in the middle of the night, anytime. That was at times quite stressful and kept me from sleeping. But not the hotel’s fault, this is just an old heritage built.
