Apartments Ivanišević

The host was very welcoming and always happy to help. He recommended some brilliant local restaurants at good prices. The apartment was exactly what we needed, in a good location with good kitchen facilities and clean. There were lots of restaurants and supermarkets nearby, with a lovely bakery a short walk away.

There were permanent residents on the bottom floor of the apartment (the floor below us), who played the violin / piano until 11:30pm or midnight every day. We both had to sleep with earplugs in every night.

Excellent location, just 50 meters from the small beach and dock, with a spacious terrace overlooking the sea. About a 20-minute walk along the coast to the Old Town of Kotor. Friendly and kind host, ready to help at any moment and organize transportation, excursions, or anything else needed. Highly recommended.

A few small suggestions for maximum enjoyment: Better Wi-Fi internet connection, installing a heating unit in the bathroom and bedroom for cold days, and maybe adding a microwave to the kitchen.

My stay was superb. It was a compact, cosy studio with everything I needed. It was just across the road from a small beach with fantastic views of the bay. There are many restaurants and other beach spaces along the promenade. It took around 20 minutes to walk to the old town. Snejana was absolutely wonderful. Everything I needed was taken care of. Her communication was outstanding and she was willing to help anytime. The private garden was lovely to relax in. (The turtle and cats were delightful visitors) I thoroughly recommend staying here and would do so again if I came back.

The property has great location, very close to the shore (although strictly speaking it's not "beachfront" - there's a building in front of it partially obstructing the view to Boka Kotorska). We had an apartment with two bedrooms and it was very comfortable. Everything was as expected.

The property needs small fixing here and there (replace light bulbs, check electric switches, install shower head bracket in the bathroom...). Although standard for the coastal part of Montenegro, there heating is through the a/c unit.

Great host, he was very helpful. The beach is just 10m away but the house is a little inside, so you don't see people on the street from your window which is good. Great view to the kotor bay. The host reserved one parking place for us near the building.

We were lucky because we were the only guests in the apartments. But the terrace is common for 2 apartments on each floor. Bed sheets are bad and old, kitchen staff is also old and not very clean

The location was amazing. Beautiful view with a table outside to take in the surroundings. The host was fantastic. His recommendations of places to eat and things to do were perfect. We stayed for three days and could not have been happier with our choice. There is a market nearby with all the essentials, if you want to cook your own food. The restaurants around fit a variety of budgets and tastes for food. The property has cats, which came by to say hi to us each morning! The walk to old town Kotor was easy. It was nice to be a little bit removed from the main part of the old town. There is a small aquarium nearby as well. The apartment looks like the photos, nothing to hide. The host is a lovely man and very helpful, if you want, otherwise he will leave you to explore.

This is only a personal preference, I like a more firm mattress. There is a soft mattress topper, however.
