Apartments Ivanišević

Very nice host—we arrived on Saturday late in the evening, and she took us with her to Kotor old town so that we manage to do our shopping before everything closes for Sunday. The parking is public on the street, but the host took care of finding a free spot before our arrival (however, ask for precise directions how to reach the place, because popular navigations do not show it correctly). We also got a bottle of water and snacks. The apartment has all necessary equipment.

I suggest some refurbishment of the apartment to make it look more fresh and to improve ventilation and electricity.

Great location in a quiet neighbourhood in Dobrota. The seafront is 2 mins away on foot and Kotor old town is 15-20 minutes away. The apartment itself was spacious and clean. It had a nice view from the terrace. As a bonus for cat lovers, there were three adorable and friendly cats who would keep us company every time we sat on the terrace.

We were met by our friendly host who lived next door. There were some nice drinks and snacks left for us as a welcome gift. The location was great for us - handy for the old town but not near enough to be noisy. A local shop was useful to buy supplies. The cooking facilities were adequate and there was plenty of crockery. We appreciated the Aircon/heating and the duvets as the nights were chilly.

The apartment felt rather damp, though the Aircon helped somewhat. It was a little bit lacking in natural light.

Srdjan is a perfect guy who tries to help you at any subject. Also his family helped me to find some sugar for my tea which was meaningful :)

Although I booked the flat with sea view, there was no sea view from my flat because of the grown bamboo trees. However it was not a big problem since I was able to go to the beach in 20 seconds :)

The host offered a lot of help with airport pickup and met us upon arrival at midnight. Very good host. Room is clean and tidy. Nice beach outside the apartment.

Great place close the beach, 1 km from center of Kotor, many restaurant options near the accomodation, supermarket 400 meters, very kind host Srdjan.

Fantastic location. Very friendly and helpful host. You can hire paddle boards and bikes from the property very cheaply. Can easily walk to Kotor old town which is definitely worth the visit.

A couple of the log hut s didn’t work very well but we were only there one night so didn’t mention it to the host and it didn’t make a difference to the enjoyment of our stay.

The apartment is just near the sea. It's clean and quiet. The person who helped us Srdjan, was quite helpful and responsive. He is around the apartment and you can reach him at any time in any possible way. He gave us quite important tips. Thanks to him we had a nice breakfast, avoided the boat tour because it was windy, had a nice dinner and caught the carnival. The beds were comfortable. The A/C was working perfectly.

The kitchen equipment especially the teflon pans are in bad condition. They have scratches. We didn't use them.
