"brilliant, would stay again"

super friendly staff, decorated the room for my partners birthday- was a lovely stay

we had someone knock our door to come in and clean at 9:30- checkout isn’t till 10:30 we were still asleep so this woke us

Location including proximity of restaurants (especially important to cover breakfast) as well as access to bus lines, friendliness of staff, quiet cosiness of room despite the cold weather

the room was very crowded with furniture and decorative objects so it was challenging to navigate or use my laptop for work

Our stay was so lovely and homely, the bed was so comfortable, so Cosy would definitely come back to stay here staff was lovely and the bar/restaurant had beautiful food and drinks

"Comfy, good location."

The hotel was perfectly located for us as we were in Edinburgh for a rugby match at Murrayfield. The room was comfortable, but small, the bed comfortable and it was very quiet. We had a room facing the back rather than onto the street. It was very handy having the bar downstairs for post match drinks and snacks and the staff were friendly.

The overhead shower is too big for the size of the shower cabinet but that’s a personal choice. It would be handy if the bar were open for full breakfasts but there were other options close by.

"Small rooms but well decorated."

Beautifully furnished room in a good location. Plenty of places to eat nearby, bus stop outside for easy travel to Murrayfield and centre of Edinburgh.

Room very small. Music from Bar/restaurant can be heard until they close. Can hear next room using bathroom and people coming back in the early hours. Rain shower so can't take a shower if you don't want your hair to get wet. Tried standing right to side but still get hair wet.

Liked the modern room with excellent bathroom. Really helpful and friendly staff. Lovely atmosphere in bar/restaurant. Tasty burgers.
