"Terrible. Never stay here."

The room was dirty at check in. I talked to guy at front desk and told him. And he said he would send someone. No one ever came. The ceiling the bathroom started leaking over night.So I went talk to guy the next morning. He said he would have housekeeping clean the room and he would have someone check out the leak. We were go e to softball tournament till around 6:00pm. Get back in room just to find that room still wasnt cleaned and bathroom ceiling still leaking. So I went talk to guy again this time the guy said he told housekeeping but there was know one at hotel that could do anything this late. So we ended up having to clean our own room. I really feel like i should get my money back.

This hotel had a lot of late night partying going on. Police were called (not by me) and we barely slept. We changed hotels.

This place was a dump and need to be shut down. The front desk lady was on her tenth day straight working. The room was smelling I had to get air freshener because I couldn’t hardly breath.

"Horrible place to stay"

The room was dirty at check-in. The carpet looked like it had not been vacumed in a long time. The outlet cover was broken. Sheets and towels were filthy. There was rust in the tub and behind the toilet. The absolute worst part was being bit by bed bugs. Checked out days before my stay was supposed to end. Will be contacting the corporate office and City of Aiken about this property. The pictures shown DOES NOT match the room recieved!!!!

"Stay at your own risk"

This hotel isn’t in the best part of town. No breakfast offered. Stayed busy with people in and out all night; including an ambulance at one point.

Poor Customer service and to much fighting, arguing, slamming doors late at night. People knocking on the wrong door. Blasting music. Too many crack heads sitting around.
