"Rude service"

The check in person yelled at me and was very rude because I didn't notice the sign that the lobby was closed the sign said for night service use window and it was daylight so I walked in and she started screaming I don't have a mask. And I was wearing a mask

The room had roaches, linen smell as though they've never been changed, stain present on sheets, I'm totally disappointed that anyone would offer this facility, as choice thru the influence of Wyndham to stay at, now maybe Wyndham will respond..!!!!

Dirty disgusting room. Room had bugs and it had mold. Manager would not refund 9 un-used days since it was impossible to stay there after being bit and disgusting conditions of the room.
