Dream Stays Bath - Trim Street Townhouse with Hot tub

The location was fabulous, easy access to everything in Bath The bathrooms were very good, clean and lots of hot water Bedding, apart from pillows, was very good, clean and fresh We would definitely visit again Being able to leave luggage in the nearby hotel was a real bonus and much appreciated

Pillows were lumpy and/or worn out One of the bedside lamps in the double top bedroom didn’t work There was only one dishwasher tab provided so we had to hand wash everything Only two plastic glasses for use in the hot tub, there should have been enough for the number of guests The board games were unplayable as many pieces missing, not much point leaving them there! The lights above the hot tub and broken and only work around the edge, not as in the photo shown

Lovely historic stone house, very central. Lots of room. Great hot tub and garden. Beds very comfortable. Easy access. Loved it and would definitely stay again. Good to be able to drop off baggage early at very close hotel.

Coffee machine, but no pods to use. We had pods and milk at our previous Bath dream stays flat.. Top floor double bedroom had a cracked window and no noise guard secondary glazing panel (which was available the floor below we found out later), so was noisy at night, my daughter had no sleep. The other bigger room on the same floor was very quiet and I had great sleep. No mirror in my room. The top floor bathroom shower had a black mouldy head. We did mention this to the cleaner who was very willing to sort immediately. We were given 3 different check out times. 10.30, 10-11 and 11am via different texts, online messages and checkout. We went with the latest, as you would, but the cleaners came in at 10.30 not expecting us to be there. This sounds a long list, but was very minor and didnt detract from our stay at all.

Hot tub.

The location was good but the noise levels were bad until 3:30am then a loud fight broke out, all coming from the property opposite on Trim street. We didn’t have a good night’s sleep. The town house itself looked good on first inspection but soon realised how unkept it was. Firstly the cleaning wasn’t up to scratch for a 5 star property. Not vacuumed as there was party decorations still left on the floor under the coffee table. Bathrooms had green/mould on bottom of the shower glass. Scruffs on walls and chipped paint on wood work. The wooden bath panel and cupboard under the sink was scratched/ painted missing also dirty. Kettle was dirty inside. It needs descaling. Broken blinds in lounge and bedroom. This is more like a 3 star property and being generous. Definitely not the 5 star that’s advertised.

Location and quality of house was very good. The hot tub was amazing, especially as it was not overlooked. Easy to book and having the luggage drop off near by was invaluable.

A lot of stairs but that couldn't be helped with type of property.

Best location- central but not too noisy. The hot tub was fab and kitchen had everything we needed.

There was some street noise from loiterers in the front. The crib did not come with a mattress, so we folded up a duvet.

Amazing location just walking distance to everything! Amazing rooms and the bathrooms were also to a great standard. Had everything we needed and would definitely stay again.

We would’ve liked a bit of help with the hot tub- we couldn’t find any instructions!
