Wow - now this might be the ultimate example of “No frills”, Rooms are lacking several normal hotel amenities but yet I found this unusually clean. This place definitely has a “self-service” vibe. Lack of front desk staffing after hours can make this place difficult to deal with. Tiny lobby, zero breakfast buffet. Just clean and uncarpeted spartan rooms.

There were roaches in the room. The shower/bathtub is the smallest I've ever been in. The mattresses felt as if they were made of paper-maiche. Only two small, flat pillows per bed. Despite having a kitchen in the room, there were no dishes or cookware provided. The gym was out of order and closed entirely. Everything in the rooms and common areas appeared run down and in desperate need of a refresh. I feel sorry for the people who book extended stays there.

During the checkin process I stood at counter for 15 mins sign said they were helping others. Called the number listed and they finally showed up.Asked if I could use restroom and was told i could use the one in my room .i could see restroom next to elevator but door was locked.The room had strong odor possibly from cleaning but not a good smell. The pillows were the worse i have ever slept on!! Seemed like they put 2 towels inside pillow cases. I left room next morning at 710am no one at front desk had not even raised the barrier yet said it opened at 7am.. would not staybthere again

Very clean property, smells good when you first step in, room was just about spotless, good security around the property, the staff is friendly and very helpful, overall very good experience will definitely stay here again when back in the area.

Staff is very accommodating. Quiet area for rest and relaxation. Would recommend to anyone traveling or just wanting to relax.

Well if you want to be doubled charged everytime you turn aaround and be charged for everything you should get for free. This is the place to go. The General Manager is constantly applying charges to peoples account's that are no way accurate and then those that stand for what's right..well it terminated time

The girl at the front desk was excellent and made sure that everything was perfect A plus for the Hotel

The night manager should be working for a much nicer hotel chain than this one. She was very helpful, professional, and attentive. I can only imagine the flack she gets from unsatisfied guests. The person that checked us in wasn't as friendly and never explained the wifi (which is only available for 1 device unless you pay for it).

1st impressions... From the outside the building looks fine. It's at the very end of a corporate drive in the middle of a run down area of Virginia. There were sketchy people wondering around the lot and cars parked oddly across multiple spots (one had a tarp over it like it had been there a while). There were children running around with nerf guns in the lot as well. I'm now convinced that many people actually live in the building. Inside... The facility looks decent when you enter the lobby area. Seems secure with key card entry and maintained. Halls look fine, carpeted and clean. Once inside your room, it's pretty clear that the attention is on those other spaces. Rooms are basic with no character, beds are simply mattresses on a metal frame with thin blankets and a modest comforter. They use those plastic mattress covers that crinkle and pop when you move. Not as uncomfortable as I expected though. Walls have scrapes and holes throughout the space. 1 lamp in between 2 beds, the rest of the lighting is strangely wired recessed lights. Thee was a full size fridge (from the 90s) that was loud, a microwave and what looked to be a 2 burner hot plate thing which would be nice if you were staying a while I guess. Bathroom was ok but towels were stained and one looked used. I brought the towel down to the lobby to show the manager. On the way down, in the elevator, was a guy with a pit bull dog on a leash. I saw several people (residents?) walking dogs in the hallways. The manager was equally disgusted at the towel and offered an apology and a possible comp at the end of the stay (that never occurred). Restful sleep.... Wishful thinking. The walls are paper thin with very little, or no insulation. If the revving cars and bass pumping music outside didn't keep you awake, then the noise of your neighbors did.
