It was nice to have a stove and full-size fridge.

When we got there, the sheets had a few small stains and the room only came with 1 towel, a hand towel. They gave ne new sheets easy enough, but they only gave me 1 towel for the 4 guests staying in my room to share. We ended up just buying towels of our own from a nearby target instead of paying for a ridiculous $10 fee for the standard amount of towels we should've had.

- no one tending front counter quite often - called front counter from room: no answer - no coffee in room. Only available in lobby from 7-11 am‼️ - no breakfast available that I know of. No one to ask❗️ - no insulation in walls between room ;you hear everything. - no clock/radio to set up morning ⏰‼️

On arrival around 8 PM the on duty manager, standing outside smoking told me that there were no rooms available, despite the reservation. No sense of apologies and an unpleasant conversation, bluntly telling me to contact Booking.com. I found another hotel and appreciate that Booking.com have responded in a serious way on the case.

There was NO hot water! When I asked staff I was told that they called the gas company to fix the issue, so after working a 12 hour day I couldn't take a shower and the next morning the water was still ice cold! There is NO amenities, no coffee maker in room, even tho the rooms have a kitchenet there are no cooking utensils, although they have a sign that says you can buy them, when I asked about a coffee maker I was told they don't have any, the bed was not comfortable, a lumpy mattress on a spring, bedding was rough, not of good quality. There was also no hangers provided for hanging clothes. Definitely not a place for business travelers! I had to plan this trip quickly for work and thought I was booking at a place I stayed at other times I went there, It was not the same place with a similar name that's up the road. Yes it is cheaper then others but I would definitely pay more for hot water, comfortable bed, and coffee, the other place up the road even has a great breakfast spread. I don't mind roughing it a bit, but this place has absolutely nothing that would make me want to go back there! I will say the staff was friendly, so I blame the owners for the terrible conditions, no hot water and I still had to pay full price for my stay, no offer of a discount for my inconvenience, I will be contacting someone about that and demanding a partial refund!
