The bed was low, not stiff or too fluffy!

Limited staff, I had just got in, riding in the rain, soaked to the bone, dripping wet, and no one to check me in! I had to ring a bell and no one came to help! So I went back outside to drip there, And there was a bug crawling around in my room, and the staff was not concerned about it! There were no hangers in the room also.

Set away from busy roads, great iutdoor area to unwind, very friendly

So I reserved a king size bed because if my handicap when I arrived I was told there are no more king size rooms. I should have left and try to find another place but it was a busy weekend I probably couldn’t.

The stay was satisfactory. Didn’t have a breakfast setting like most of the other hotels but other than that the service was good.

The hotel was in a quiet business plaza. There were small shops and a bank near, stores were in short driving distance

I was turned away over a miss understanding on the pet policy drove 14 hrs to be told I couldn’t stay hostess did end up letting me stay the night to rest while I found a new place on short notice

Property was ok, I'd return if needed, but not eager to go back. There was a bit of a funky, stale smell in the common areas, could be a one time thing. Otherwise stay was ok.

the room wasnt cleaned properly found dog hair by the night stand and the next day me and my daughter broke our in hives eyes red and itchy

Unless you're a very heavy sleeper or have no other options, I recommend avoiding this hotel. It’s located right next to Richmond Highway, and the noise from the traffic is relentless if your room is near to the highway. I requested a quieter room during check-in and mentioned my sensitivity to noise, but the front desk staff(she is the manager)—who were surprisingly very rude and uncivil—placed me directly by the highway. It felt almost intentional, as if they wanted to ensure I wouldn’t get any rest. In addition to the highway noise, you'll hear constant door slamming in the hallways and loud sounds from neighboring rooms, including from above. Another downside is the poor ventilation. If you prefer fresh air over using the AC or heater, you'll be disappointed to find that the windows only open about three inches due to built-in security stops. The hotel might be okay if you’re placed far from the highway, otherwise I'd suggest staying elsewhere.
