It was very clean, comfortable and very quiet and peaceful.

The night desk agent kept getting missing, may have assisting other residents...

Only stay here if nothing else is available.

There was breakfast

That there was no breakfast and no compassion was shown to residents who were struggling to have a place to lay their head. I had just released out of the hospital due to an accident and unexpected surgery in December 2024. I travel to Northern VA for Thanksgiving and was administered the wrong medication at a rehab facility which almost took my life.

The fact you have to pay to exchange your dirty linens, you didn't have a hand towel, you're only able to connect one device to the wifi which kept going in and out, didn't have a bucket for ice in which I didn't see an ice vending machine, the 1st light in the room works when it wants to, the pressure in the sink in the bathroom wasn't enough, people who had dogs don't stop their dogs from barking so much, couldn't have any peace and quiet half the time, the staff was unprofessional, when you walk into the room, it feels a little humid as if the air wasn't on and just most of all disappointed of this hotel.

Nothing

Everything. Bed sheets not clean. Water pressure not existing. Staff leaves hotel reception at 1am and you can check-in after.

Prior to my arrival, I called to confirm that my room would be available, as I was driving over 14 hours from Florida. I was assured over the phone that my reservation was confirmed and my room would be ready. However, upon arrival, I was informed that there were no rooms available and that the hotel was completely booked. This was not only extremely disappointing but also unacceptable, considering the distance I traveled based on your confirmation. The situation left me in a very difficult position after a long and exhausting drive.
