Horrible didn't activate my card for my room

Bad service

Room was very clean and help were very friendly.

We booked and informed came late for check in but door was closed and as per guidelines ext 500 wasn’t answering I have to go Hampton inn and get room Need my refund asap

Elevator was down but staff was very kind about it. Offered to let us cancel. We stayed and enjoyed our stay so much. The hotel was always clean. Our room was comfortable. Safety inspection performed during our stay but it was quick and comforting to know those procedures are performed.

Elevator was down , had to exchange rooms because the breaker kept shutting off.. Lack of staff . Only seemed to be one person there all the time.. ( felt bad for her).

This was a terrible experience. The front desk service was terrible, unhelpful and extremely rude. The elevator was out of service which was difficult for my elderly parents and the front desk was not helpful in remedying the situation. The rooms were musty and smelled like mold. They charge by towel and spoon and the cost per room is above what is advertised. The only positive was the interaction between customer and room service...the people who cared for the rooms were amazing

Elevators were not working, no one told us ahead of time yet the company knew about it and didn’t let me know until after I paid when I arrived. The beds were so uncomfortable we tossed and turned a lot, the microwave didn’t work, and there was food on top of the cupboards

Have to purchase all silverware and cookware as it’s not included in room
