The toilet was dirty (photos included), the fridge still had someone else’s used water bottles sitting inside, and the overall condition of the room was completely unacceptable. This wasn’t a minor oversight. Rather, it was a clear lack of basic cleaning standards. What makes this even worse is the location. This hotel markets itself to military and government personnel and sits just minutes from a major USMC base. There is no excuse for this level of filth. When I raised the issue at the front desk, the response I got (on a Saturday, no less) was dismissive and frankly insulting: “it was only two hairs on the toilet.” That tells you everything you need to know about how seriously they take cleanliness and customer service. We checked out immediately and had to escalate to corporate just to ensure this stay was properly documented. As of now, they still have us listed as checked in at the property, which raises serious concerns about billing. I don’t enjoy posting photos like this, but people deserve to know what they’re walking into. Do not waste your time or money here.

Great experience & customer service!

The entire night I heard big trucks and cars traveling interstate N95. All night. No curtains, a few of the blinds were broken and there was a small dog in one of the rooms barking. I won't be coming back there. Got zero sleep

I liked that everything was clean. .

The only exception was the used towels and rags weren't picked up. My son was asked to bring the used ones down when he asked for clean towels and rags the next morning.
