Les escaliers pour monter aux appartements sont mortels ( très pentus, petites marches) surtout pour des personnes âgées ou avec des problèmes de genoux. Il faut absolument en informer les voyageurs .

This apartment has a great location. Easy flat ten minute walk from train station. Really handy for visiting all the central sights in Bath, just yards from the Roman Baths, and the Thermae Spa.

Steep stairs up to apartment, single beds a bit narrow for adults but would be no problem for children. Some street noise in the evenings, but quietens down in the later evening.

Location, customer service and facilities where very good

Being city centre there was early morning noise, plus the shop below was being refurbished but in fairness to the customer service team once they were aware they immediately offered to move us to another location.

The location was ideal .near to all the main attractions and the extensive shopping centre as well as only a short walk from the station. Particularly appreciated the opportunity to take luggage to the sister venue before check in and afyer checking out.

Responsive staff, central location, well equipped, comfortable bedding.

Apartment was superbly located right in the middle of the town centre, and just a few minutes walk to the Roman baths, shops and other places of interest. The view from the bedroom was onto the Roman baths which was nice. Kitchen was very well equipped. Everything you needed for a short stay. Beds were very comfortable, lots of extra pillows and duvets if needed. Heating system was easy to use and the apartment warmed up quickly. A smart TV was installed in the main living area so we could login to Netflix etc We had a lovely short stay in Feb 2026.

It wasnt made clear that we could park outside the property to offload bags etc then move the car to a public car park. We had to carry heavy bags, shopping etc and walk approx 10 mins in the rain. It would be helpful to know that. We were in apartment 3 on the top floor. There were quite a lot of steep steps (short 4-5 flights) to get there, so carrying heavy bags and shopping is not ideal. The entrance and stairwells to the apartment are not very appealing. You are hit with an immediate unpleasant smell of damp. The decor definitely needs some TLC as it looks tired and a bit grubby. Don't let this put you off though, as once inside the Apartment (#3 at least), the decor is really nice and modern. The apartment windows had quite bad condensation which is probably due to the age of the building and perhaps double glazing cannot be installed due to being a listed building (?). I do think an alternative solution should be found though. There was a framed poster / notification on the wall in the living area that provided details of the sister hotel like "a free drink, favourable breakfast rates" etc., We went into the hotel and were told that the information was incorrect and we should ignore it / throw it in the bin. We forgot to do that but maybe the owner / cleaner can do it? Departure time was 10.30am. At 9.30am ish, a tradesperson let themselves into the apartment without knocking as they thought the apartment was empty. He was polite and apologised but that shouldnt really happen. The above did not change the fact that we had a lovely stay and the price was competitive.

The location is absolutely brilliant for access to the city and train station. A real gem in heart of Bath

The access is up winding staircase so be prepared if you have mobility issues.
