Dream Stays Bath - Beau Street Apartments

It’s,location being right in the centre and easy walk to everything

The check-in , we were 20 minutes early and they wouldn’t let us in , considering there was nobody in the apartment it was a bit “ jobsworth” also on the sat airs was a tissue covered in what we consider to be h7 an excrement and a tube of something for vaginal discharge which we found disgusting it was infront of apartment number 1

Fantastic location! Great apartment. Super easy to get into the property. Would love to return!

Good location

Steps to the third floor I really disagree with a charge of £25 if you needed to check in before 3pm. It was not clear at the time of booking and I wouldn’t have booked it if that was the case. I feel the charge of £25 is unfair as 3pm is quite a late check in and there was no where to leave your baggage. Not really present when you only had 1 day there.

Location of property was very good.

The 3 flights of stairs to get to room. I had my mother also join us and it was difficult for her and lugging up our luggage was not great as well.

Location was fantastic

Bed was very soft so rather uncomfortable

Easy access , excellent communication, in the middle of town. Looked like the pictures.

Very old and uncomfortable beds. Noisy (could hear guest snoring above us and busy streets around). Heating turned off automatically and the flat was very chilly. Shower was broken so only Luke warm water available. TV remote batteries were dead. Only 2 forks. Generally the property had seen better days and feels like a cooperate leisure stay.
