Amazing Junior Suite. Loved all the amenities and the great shower! We had a lovely dinner at the restaurant, excellently prepared and presented. And breakfast was perfect! Highly recommend!

The hotel and staff were fantastic, they did everything and more, they even organised our taxi’s for return transport to the airport and getting around the area. The restaurant options are amazing for the location, 4 to choice from all great and the food and service was amazing👍

Nothing, everything was perfect and beyond our expectations

This is a fantastic family-owned establishment which clearly prides itself on delivering the highest standards of service. Rooms were well appointed, the food was excellent and the spa facilities modern and of the highest standard, and proximity to the local forest allowed for lots of walks. We were there for Euro 24 and the position was excellent for both Dortmund and Gelsenkirchen.

the parking area was good , free parking onsite staff was kind and helpful

it is winter , where i stayed there was no floor heating and also did not provide room slippers the breakfast was not ot the standard of a 4 star hotel kind of disappointed there is no any supermarkets nearby not even a walkable distance.
