We stayed in the new hotel. The rooms are of an excellent quality for the price. The staff facilities and particularly the food are excellent

Nothing really, a very enjoyable stay!

The location was perfect in a nice suburb of Dortmund around 8 or 9 Kilometres from the City Centre. The Breakfast was very good plenty of Fresh Fruit. We were there for a Retirement Party which was held in the Hutte "A Private Party area which was at the rear of the main Hotel and was very nicely presented.

If anything I thought a little expensive but very nice. Although there was complimentary Water there was no Coffee/Tea Making Facilities in the room.

Convenient and parking. Lift good. Breakfast service good and boiled eggs perfect. Bed comfortable. Good service at breakfast,good fruit and smoked salmon.

Coffee. Lavatory light automatic so wakes up other occupant if asleep during night. Towels too small.

Beautiful buildings and setting. Lovely farm shop with local produce. Really helpful and friendly staff. Rooms were brilliant, modern and very clean with comfortable beds.

Very nice, clean room with a spacious bed. Good food (breakfast was included, dinner was extra). Lots of free parking. Friendly staff and a welcoming atmosphere.

Far from Dortmund itself. Monday and Tuesday are Ruhetag, so staff leaves early and the restaurant is closed. It was not clear how to get assistance after 7pm. Not all rooms have air-conditioning.

Brand new hotel next to the restaurant. All the rooms were immaculate, with cool, smart interiors, hugely comfy beds, duvet and pillows and excellent auto blinds. Breakfast is in the restaurant and was comprehensive with lots of options including gluten free bread. Coffee was excellent

3 issues to consider - reception is only between 5-6pm and if a colleague hasn’t already checked in and had picked up my room key I don’t think I could have got in. There is no lock box or way of collecting the key.. beware. Also breakfast, which was fab, only starts at 8am which might not suit your if your need to get into the office early. Finally not all rooms have a/c so if it is 33’c as it was on my stay, make sure your room has it. The rooms that do are more expensive so check
