Haya Guest House

I did not like anything !!! they canceled my booking about 12 hours before check in !! And left me worrying about where I was going to stay with my 7 year son who has disabilities, then phoned me 2/3 hours before I was due to arrive and said they have not sorted anything for me yet , however according to booking.com there was No problem at all and they were expecting us ,then haya called and said they couldn't find anywhere for us to stay and told me to cancel my booking with them , which I refused to do , then 20 mins later they called back found somewhere for us , sent me details and I went there , I was down graded to a very basic room up 2 or 3 flights of stairs broke sink cupboards had draw fronts missing curtains stuck to the window seal where the room must of just been painted, no breakfast or facilities at all so not happy at all 🤬😡 but Haya did send me £15 for breakfast which did not cover it in a cafe , Haya then sent me several messages saying I was ungrateful and threatening me with legal action and banning me from all there hotels 🤔🤔 I pointed out to them they have cancelled my room and stay which I booked and paid for months ago and im the problem !!! REALLY No apologies my room down graded no breakfast my plan for my son's 7th Birthday completely ruined because of them , Really !!! Im Disgusted by them and will never use them again anyway , and as booking.com they were as helpful as a chocolate tea pot , between the pair of them my weekend was a disaster, the only good thing was I managed to get my son to the monster jam

Nothing Haya hotel and booking.com completely let me and my son down in every way possible this weekend 🤬😡🤔🤬😡🤬😡🤔😡🤬 Just to clarify things I have never been to Haya as they cancelled my accommodation and breakfast

It was a nice guest house and the lady was kind and helpful.

A full English breakfast would have been nice.

Atsaucīga saimniece, varēja vienoties par ātrāku ierašanos. Iespējams brokastis uz vietas. Padomāts par interjeru, istabiņā ir ledusskapis , tējkanna, TV. Laba gulta , sega un spilvens . Plaša un gaiša vannas istaba - ļoti laba!

WC un vannas istaba kopēja ar citu numuriņu. Nav elektrības kontakta un matu fēns.

Good comfortable room. Good bed and room facilities. House seemed to be cleaned.

Owner could be more welcoming. Room was modern but house entrance was very outdated. Towels seemed needing a clean. No water bottle as advertised. No guidance or information regarding breakfast, we left without breakfast.
