Haya Guest House

The property was, warm welcoming and very clean

Zara was friendly. Was close to train station. Room was nicely decorated and everything looked pretty new.

Lights up steep stairs weren't working so pretty dark. Broken light fittings laying in draws and cupboard. Although off the street parking was available it wasnt a secured parking. Front door key didn't work so had to wake someone at midnight to get in.

All good, just the main door lock of property hard to open so fault in that but the host told us that she get it repaired soon.

Host was welcoming and cheery. I stayed jn the budget room which is a shared bathroom with one other room, it was clean in fact one of the cleanest bathrooms I have seen. Breakfast was continental with eggs to ones requirement. Place is clean. Train station a few minutes walk taking me into the city. Highly recommended

The room was big

When we arrived the lady wasn't very inviting at all. The bed was absolutely horrendous, neither of us slept at all. Felt like we were lying on a floor. The key to get in wasn't good to use and there was no parking it was find a place on the road.
