Location and historical feel. Very clean and comfortable. Staff polite and helpful.

Limited services for room. No coffee or even an ice bucket. Parking was included but had to go down to a creepy garage to get my car. Hotel bar/dining closed Sunday-Wednesday so do not plan on that. There is a sister hotel however, that honors voucher. Hallways were very cold!

The location is excellent. Comfortable rooms. Excellent staff and Bar area.

There was not a safe in the room and I noticed no fan or air switch in the bathroom to clear the fog when showering.

The staff was incredibly welcoming and helpful. They seemed to genuinely care about our comfort. My husband is handicapped and they were extra attentive to his needs. I’m not fond of the redecoration of the interior but it’s still a lovely place.
