staff was polite, decor was good , Swami's photos were very nicely placed.

Food was average. Roo. Size is very small, Not much space to keep suitcase in the room. There should be a suitcase table and more plug points on both side of the bed. Toilet was very smelly.

Location is good and closer to Prashanti nilayam..

The room could have been bit more spacious for that price. Breakfast needed to be improved.

extremely close to the ashram

it's marked as a 5* but in contrast to actual 5* hotels, it's more of a 3 or very high 2* hotel. Hotels in Prashanti generally have a long way to go to hit the mark
