I had a very disappointing stay at this hotel. The room assigned to us was extremely small, which caused the bathroom's humidity to seep into the room, creating a terrible smell making it difficult to breathe comfortably. When I requested a room with a window to improve ventilation, the only option offered was another room at an extra cost of over 1000 rupees per day.Moreover, the treatment from staff was very poor. The front desk gentleman was arrogant and rude, showing no willingness to accommodate our needs or help us. I also witnessed the manager shouting aggressively at someone in public, which was very unprofessional and drew uncomfortable attention.The overall staff attitude was unpleasant.As a professional tour guide, I would never recommend this hotel to any of my clients or anyone traveling to this area, especially considering there are many much better and more affordable hotels available.Due to these issues, we decided to leave two days earlier than planned. Considering the high price, the quality of service and rooms was unacceptable.

Found staff and food excellent. Great value for money. Best in Puttaparthi.
