During our stay, we were very surprised and concerned to find that the manager was inside our room when we returned on the room after came back from outside without any prior notification or explanation. The manager basically told us that we should have read the paper it was sitting on the front desk but no one mentioned this. Overall stay was good but because of this our trip was ruined.
While the hotel was beautiful, most of the staff were rude. There were two front desk staff that were extremely friendly. Unfortunately, I do not remember their names. An older gentleman working the evening and a young lady working the mid afternoon. Additionally, the hotel had scheduled to update the two televisions in the room. Their idea of informing the guest is leaving a stack of papers at check in with out any verbal communication from the front desk. This was extremely unprofessional and lazy and management should know better.

Stayed there for work with my family. The service was incredible. Elham was so friendly and always so kind to my kids going above and beyond every day.
all staff very accommodating, including personal at restaurant and bar. would go back again, easy access for driving around city or walking to other places
