The suites are large, comfortable and quiet. The location is a 10-minute walk to the Convention Center and Temple Square. Cute coffee shop across the street.

Nice hotel and great staff. It was conveniently located downtown. Just know that there is some homelessness in the area. I think it’s to be expected though when you go into any DT area in a big city.
Property was clean, staff was friendly, cookies delicious, and lots of food and drink choices including Starbucks! The pool was also indoors which was a plus and the location was close to everything we wanted to do. Would definitely stay here again.
The hotel was modern and well maintained. Check in and check out was easy and simple. The location is in walking distance of some nice restaurants.
I always choose to stay here at the Doubletree in downtown Salt Lake City due to the fact the people are so friendly. The hotel is makes me feel safe and all around comfort is a plus I highly recommend the Doubletree.
Everything was great there was only one thing on Friday we had called in the morning for house keeping and when we got back at 11 pm the room was still not cleaned and had to call for clean towels other then that all was well thanks for the stay.
My daughter and myself took a last minute trip to go watch the Supercross finals at Rice Eckles stadium in Salt Lake. The hotel check in was a breeze. We used the pre checking in and received a key to our phone. When we arrived parking was right next to the hotel. We were able to use our key and go straight to our room and get in. The beds were comfortable, the tv’s had great options though we didn’t watch much. There are convenience stores walking distance from the hotel to pick up snacks and the neighborhood felt very safe. We will be back again. Also the room service for breakfast was great.
Pleasant stay, close to the hotspots but far enough on the outskirts to not notice. Bar was always closed early but coffee shop in lobby was nice. Close walk to gas station for water and such.
