"Elevators are always broken and charging for parking"

I stay at this hotel regularly for work. There are 4 elevators and 2 of them are typically not working. I've gotten stuck in an elevator before. In addition, last year they started charging $10 to park in their parking lot. Seems like a money grab to me but I dealt with it. Recently, they engaged a 3rd party to collect the parking fee. So, now you have to download an app to pay the parking fee. It's an inconvenience and, again, a money grab! The only reason I keep going back is because it's close to the office and the rooms are clean. Take the parking money and install some new elevators!
