"My payment made in Booking.com was denied."

Upon checking in at the hotel counter, the staff said that the payment I made through booking. Com is not valid. It’s almost 12 am in the morning and the staff my credit card and he charged me again. I’m not sure if booking.com who charged my card two days prior or the hotel’s fault. That’s why I am disputing my transaction made on booking .com since hotel charged me again a little higher than what I already for in booking.com. I am so disappointed with what happened.

Good hotel, very clean and nice. Your typical Residence Inn. No complaints about the quality. One small complaint about the value - We paid over $350 for one night and thought it was really pricey for what we got. We did book it for a night when there was both a youth soccer tournament and a BYU football game in town, so that’s probably why prices were so high… We’d stay again if prices were better. There was also some kind of mixup with our room - sounded like maybe they’d over booked the hotel? The lady who checked us in seemed really worried about it and had to call a manager. But after a long phone call she seemed to get things resolved because we did end up with the room we booked.

"A good choice if you want a basic working kitchen area."

The little kitchen was functional. Fridge w freezer! Dishes and glasses and silverware! Bed and pillows clean and comfy.
