The back up from the Donnini Apartments staff when things went wrong was very good, they were extremely helpful. The flat itself is very nice, and was very comfortable.

There were a couple of faults on arrival which shouldn't be allowed to happen. One of the toilets and the tumbler dryer were not working. The office staff were unaware of this and leapt into action as best they could but the latter problem persisted throughout our stay.
