Loud heat/ac unit, noise in hall and other rooms made sleep difficult. Staff were unengaged at best.

"Stay away"

2.0

Waited more than 1/2 hour for the shuttle in the freezing cold. Ended up taking a taxi for $40. The “restaurant” ran out of many menu items and bartender is a total crab. Don’t come here. It’s scummy

The staff were attentive and helpful and caring.

The bathroom sink fell apart and injured my leg. Huge safety hazard. The foldout sofa bed had nasty stains on the mattress and felt horribly uncomfortable.

"With the exception of checking in, this was a great place to stay."

We left before breakfast to catch our flight

They could not find my reservation, so I paid for one night with a credit card. About 10:30 pm the front desk called me and said they found my reservation and would take the charge off my card. I have not received confirmation that the charge has been removed from my credit card.
