Shuttle unreliable. Sat in 30 degree weather waiting as shuttles from many other hotels came and went. Then finally a Marriott shuttle showed up after about 45 minutes only to find out they sent the wrong shuttle. Apparently there is an East hotel and a North hotel they sent East we were booked with North. He left without picking anyone up. A driver from another hotel saw what happened and offered to drive us to our location. When we arrived we were told the snack bar was open til 10. When we went down it was 9:30 and were told they were closing early so couldn’t get any food. Will not book with Marriott again.
